Non-returnable custom products
Please note that any custom orders placed are final and cannot be returned. Since these custom product orders are individually made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.
This policy applies to:
- Custom floor mats with specific designs, dimensions, or materials
- Custom carpets produced following your instructions
- Wall decorations with personalized designs or visualizations
- Any other products with specific custom designs
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that you have carefully reviewed your specifications and agree that the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
Intellectual Property Protection
Usage of logos, visuals, and designs
Your Responsibility
While we allow users to choose and upload their desired product designs, our role is limited to production of the product according to the specific order. We do not participate in the creation, modification, or approval of any user-provided designs and are not liable for any intellectual property violations related to such designs.
Custom Logos & Trademarks
Sole Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the use of such logos, trademarks, designs, and any other work that may be subject to copyright protection.
Assume All Liability
You assume all liability for any legal disputes, claims, or liabilities that may result from infringements of intellectual property rights of third parties.
Confirm Authorization
You confirm that you have the necessary authorization or permission to use the said logos, visuals, works, or designs.

AutoWin.EU will not assume any responsibility for intellectual property rights (copyrights, designs, trademarks, etc.) infringements or legal disputes arising from the use of such logos, visuals, works, or designs on custom-made products.
Indemnification Clause
We reserve the right to seek compensation for any damages incurred as a result of your unlawful actions that violate intellectual property rights of third parties. This includes all costs, fees, and damages associated with any infringement claims, including but not limited to legal fees, settlement costs, and reputational damages.
Custom Logo Embroidery
Manufacturing and IP inspection policy
Production Method
Selected custom logos will be embroidered, not printed, on your custom floor mats. The logo will be converted to an embroidery-compatible format automatically.
No IP Inspection Policy
The manufacturing facility will NOT inspect logos for intellectual property rights or usage permissions before production.
